Training & Mentorship

All Kayden technicians receive extensive training. New hires begin with two weeks of in-house classroom training which includes hands-on servicing of equipment in the shop. Following this, they are assigned to shadow one of our senior technicians in the field for a minimum of three months during which time they receive valuable knowledge about mud properties and solids control principles, and get hands-on experience servicing, troubleshooting, and working with the recovery systems offered to our clients. Throughout this training period, Kayden technicians are closely evaluated to determine their progress and capabilities. Kayden’s fully developed training program includes dedicated training staff, manuals, workbooks and classroom presentations.
